CYNTHIA – Office Manager

 My name is Cynthia, but, they call me Chubs. I was born and raised in Clarksville, TN. I graduated from Remington College, where I earned my Dental Hygiene Degree. I began my journey here at Alliance Endodontics in September of 2019 and have loved it since. I am a very proud girl mom to my little best friend. In my free time, I love making memories with my daughter, spending time with family, attending concerts, taking trips to the beach, and cheering on our Tennessee Vols. GO BIG ORANGE!

BROOKE – Front Desk Coordinator

My name is Brooke and I started with Alliance Endodontics in October of 2023, just weeks after marrying my high school sweetheart. I love being able to help people and provide a positive experience every time they visit. I try my best to always have a good attitude in all aspects of life. In my free time, I enjoy crafting things, mostly crocheting. I also enjoy playing video games and spending time with my family and friends. My favorite color is turquoise and anything glittery. I have five fur babies, three dogs, and two cats that I absolutely adore.

My name is Jordyn and I’m a part of the front desk team at Alliance Endodontics. I’m a Clarksville native that enjoys shopping, lifting weights at the gym and movie nights with my cat, Luna.

KAITLYN – Front Desk Coordinator

Hello! My name is Kaitlyn. I was born here in Clarksville and raised in the small town of Dover, Tennessee. I graduated from Tennessee State University with a degree in Dental Hygiene but life landed me here with the Alliance Endodontics team in January of 2025. I love working here and being able to help patients, making sure their experience with us is a great one. In my spare time, I enjoy going to concerts, spending time with my husband and daughter, and traveling making memories. 

 
CIARA – Front Desk Coordinator

Hey y’all! My name is Ciara, but some call me big momma! I am passionate about helping others. Therefore, I am so thankful to have found and be apart of the Alliance Endodontics team, where everyone is so kind and caring. I grew up in a military family which is what brought me to Clarksville in 2005. Years later, I met my boyfriend and we have a 5 year old son named Owen, who is my best friend in the whole world. He plays many sports, super helpful and motivating, and keeps our world spinning at 100 mph. I enjoy spending time with my little family and all about making memories; such as showing up to my son’s sporting games/practices, going to concerts, game events, fairs, and traveling any chance I get.

CRYSTAL – Clinical Manager / EFDA

Hola, my name is Crystal Franco. I was born in Bayamon, PR and raised in Coamo, PR. In 2013, I graduated from Ponce Paramedical College in Ponce, PR where I obtained my dental assistant license. In 2015, I relocated to Clarksville, TN and began my career here at Alliance Endodontics. As of 2021, I officially became an EFDA and as of 2022, I assumed the position of back office supervisor supporting our amazing team of dental assistants and doctors. My favorite part of being a dental assistant is the patient care. I genuinely love working under the Endodontist specialty. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my son and my family, hikes, dancing bachata, and as always a good laugh!

My name is Rebecca and I am one of the assistants here at Alliance Endodontics. I graduated from Daymar College, which is now known as Hussian College, with honors in 2017. I have been part of the team here since May of 2018. I am a mom of three and married to my wonderful husband who serves for the US military. In our free time, we enjoy spending our time doing anything outdoors or cheering on the Florida Gators.

My name is Rachel. I am a dental assistant. I have been in Clarksville and with Alliance Endodontics for three years now. I have been married to my wonderful husband for six years. We are both from Arizona and love our beautiful home state. However, we love Tennessee for its beauty and outdoor activities as well. My husband and I enjoy spending our free time hiking, fishing, hunting, basically anything outdoors, and playing with our dogs.

MORGAN – Registered Dental Assistant

Hello, my name is Morgan. I am a registered Dental assistant at Alliance Endodontics. I’m originally from Virginia, but in 2024 the military brought my husband and I to Clarksville, Tennessee. Outside of work, we both enjoy traveling together, especially to the beach. We also love to try new experiences whenever we can.

ANNIE – Registered Dental Assistant

My name is Annika, but, everyone calls me Annie. I became part of the Alliance Endodontics family in June of 2023. Since then, I have rescued two puppies with my high school sweetheart and moved into our first house together. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and reading. I love my job here because we are able to get patients out of pain, while creating a positive and understanding environment. 

My name is Kylee and I am a registered Dental assistant here at Alliance Endodontics. I have lived in Clarksville since October of 2024. I moved here from Greenbrier, Tennessee and buying my first home with my high-school sweetheart. We have three fur babies, two dogs and one cat. We love to go camping, spend time with our family and friends, and going dirt bike trail riding. 

Hey y’all! I’m Shelby, I will probably be the one chatting with you while you’re trying not to drool. I’m here to make your visit smooth, easy, and maybe even a little fun (yes, even at the dentist). I love what I do, making people feel at home, easing nerves, and keeping those pearly whites in check. When I’m not here, you can find me outside fishing.Scroll to the top of the page
